He loves it!!
My fiance has always wanted some type of prostate massager, but was a little nervous. When he opened the size did scare him a little. It took him a couple of mins to get it in all the way. Once it was in and he turned it on he love it! He say does 3 is the best speeed on the pro. However it would be nice if the cord was longer or if it was wireless.

Needs more buzz
Did not get going like others claim. Vib frequency is too fine which no frequency change at higher levels. Felt more at my sphincter than at the prostrate. Not intense enough

Good fun!
Have been looking for a good prostate toy for awhile, but had shied away from this one because of the size. Well.... on a whim I finally went ahead and ordered it. Wow! Glad I did.... despite the size... it inserted pretty easily.... and then the vibes started! Wow again!! The lower settings kinda tickled..... but the upper settings worked just fine, gave me the kind of orgasm I have been missing!!! Thanks!

Not as good as other people say
I just got this, it is big, and took a few mins to get in. It is not a OMG toy. Yes, it does stay in very well. But the feeling from is nothing to jump up and down about. Save your money and purchase a nice long vibrator instead. You would have more fun with a a vib then using this.

I will say this. After reading some other reviews, I was a little expectant. After I received this toy, I was expectanting a mind shattering "hands free orgasm". The toy itself is smaller than I imagined, but the head was what I expected. I didn't get the stimulation I thought I was going to receive, but perhaps I was using it wrong. I will try again and again to achieve the euphoric state of an orgasm without manual masturbation. I know now to have patience. The speeds could have been stronger. Slow was the same as nothing. Didn't get any stimulation until it was on the highest setting possible. But, it is a good toy nonetheless. Just need some patience.

WOW!!!
I had been wanting one for a long time and then I finalkly broke down and bought it. And I am glad that I did, WOW!!! I really like that the arms are adjustable and that you can sit, stand, and walk with it in place. Walking with it is really great!

A Realistic Review
Pros - The shape of it isn't like normal ones. It's oblong. Fits and stays in rather well. The best part of the Prostate Pro 5 is the "wings" on the base. Unlike most plugs that have a rectangular or round base, which can be uncomfortable, the base is narrow. Like two fingers. The incredible thing is these "fingers" are movable and stay in position making it able to resemble a "Y", "T" or an anchor shape or anything in-between. What's great about this is as the sphincter contracts it moves the part that's inside causing sensations that are surprising and very pleasurable. The five different speeds are great to choose the right feeling. Being waterproof is an excellent feature since I tend to rub one out in the shower. It also makes cleaning super easy not having to worry about getting parts wet. The remote is waterproof too. The little nubs on it didn't seem to do anything inside but the ones on the base seem to have some promise. Some experimenting is forthcoming. Cons- It could have a longer insertion section to hit the prostate before it's swollen. Once the prostate is swollen it does hit it though. The vibrator is adequate but it could be stronger. The remote cord is rather short, about two feet. I would recommend this. It's not perfect but definitely one of the better toys I own.

Once it's in, it's in! LOVE that part. Only complaint is that the vibrations could be stronger. Last time I used it, I thought I was going to have a heart attack, I came so hard! Can't wait to do it again! Getting it out is sometimes the hard part.

i too enjoy this product very much. i slip on a condom over it so that it dont get *** on it. when i lube up, i use KY jelly all over it and it slides in. i enjoy the speeds as well. have any of u men tried sticking the WHOLE thing up even the arms of it?? well i have, and lets say, boy......it feels great to me!! its worth the $$$.
